Our payments are processed by Paypal and our credit card provider Stripe. PayPal and Stripe deliver one of the most secure payment platforms in the world. All your financial information (like your bank account details and your credit card number) is securely stored and encrypted on PayPal and Stripes servers. We hold or retain no payment details ourselves.
How Can I Pay For My Frisky Lighting Order?
Frisky Lighting currently accepts payment via PayPal and credit card payments via Stripe. You do not need to have a PayPal account to checkout and can pay via Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard and American Express.
Your payments are secure and no payment details are saved on our servers.
Do I Need To Create An Online Account To Place An Order?
At Frisky Lighting we’ve made it super easy to place an order. If you wish you can create an account with us or if you prefer you can use our guest check out.
The advantage of an account is you can use our WISH LIST facility and save all of your favourite items. Account members also receive special promotional offers and member only discounts
Will I Get An Order Confirmation Email?
Yes. You will receive an email from Support@FriskyLighting.com with all the details from your order. Including estimated delivery time and once updated a live tracking link.
How Do I Use My Coupon Code?
If you have been given a coupon code simply enter it in the the box provided on your shopping cart check out page and press ‘Apply Coupon’. The discount will automatically be deducted from the final total. If your coupon doesn’t work it may have expired (some coupons are time sensitive) or be invalid.

What Countries Do You Deliver To?
Frisky Lighting offers full worldwide shipping. We have various shipping rates depending on your location. All shipping and delivery costs will be displayed on the checkout page.

Can You Deliver To An Address Other Than My Billing Address?
Yes. You will be given the opportunity to enter a different delivery address but please remember the billing address must match the address the payment card is registered at.
When Will I Get My Parcel?
We aim to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 48hrs for us to process your order and then the final shipping time will be depending on your location. Please see out ‘Shipping and Delivery‘ Page for more details.
I Haven’t Received My Parcel?
We aim to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it becomes available. Some times we experience delays due to our shipping agents or customs depending on your country of residence. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the time specified then first of all we sincerely apologise. Please send us a message via the contact us page or our Facebook message system.

Can I Return An Item

I Have Received The Wrong Or Faulty Item
First of all we’re really sorry this has happened. Sometimes mistakes can be made during packaging and although every care is take to pack your item correctly damage can and does very occasionally occur.
Please contact us as soon as possible we will arrange a full refund for damaged items and an exchange for incorrect items.
